Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will love everything you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us at info@ira.com.cy, including the reason for your return.

Once your request is received, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your returned item.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please also follow the washing instructions provided on the label attached to each item, as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by improper care.
